A CLEAR WAY IN
No handoff, no waiting for a meeting. The setup walks you through five practical steps, with room to save and return.
Add your academy name, city and type. Start with the essentials.
Create coach invitations. Send by email or share a private link yourself. You can skip this for now.
Add at least one squad to finish. You can add age groups, seasons and assign coaches.
Enter a child's basic details or invite the parent to enter them. Either way, the parent must confirm and consent.
Check your squads and invitations, then open your academy workspace. Pending invitations stay pending.
Your progress is saved as you move through setup. Use Save & exit whenever you need a break.
BUILT FOR THE REAL WORK
Structure the academy, make plans actionable and give coaches room to do their part.
Create branches and teams in the workspace. Invite coaches and assign accepted coaches to squads during setup.
Plan training sessions, matches and camps in your academy workspace.
Manage participants and match call-ups, then record attendance against the right event.
Coaches can record assessments and work on player development plans in their own workspace.
Manage trial opportunities and review applications. Eligibility and guardian approval are part of the application path.

Give families a clear link to your academy. A reviewed public listing can show your logo, photos, programmes, location details or map link where provided, and an enquiry route—useful information to share without first building a separate basic information site.

COMMUNICATION, WITH CONTROL
A simple way to invite the people who make each squad work and follow up when you need to.
KoraHub360 does not send automatic match alerts or provide a notification centre.

Academy profile edits go through review. Only approved information appears on the public listing; changes are not published instantly.
Families can explore published trial opportunities. Applications follow eligibility checks and guardian approval; academy owners can review applications. Selection is not guaranteed.
Yes. Share your public listing so families can find your reviewed details, programmes, location information and enquiry route. It is a useful basic public presence, not a replacement for every page or feature of a full website.
