A football academy profile that helps families decide
A useful profile answers practical questions before asking a guardian to get in touch.
Publish what you can confirm
List each branch and location, current ages and programmes, enquiry route and date of last update. If a fee or schedule is unconfirmed, provide a way to ask rather than leaving stale information. Use only images and logos you have rights to share.
Make the next step explicit
Say whether a contact button sends an enquiry or actually reserves a place; families need to know the difference. Explain visits, collection, photography and fees. An honest profile reduces repeated questions and helps guardians identify what to confirm directly.
A practical example
A listing saying “all ages” when one branch has only a narrower group creates unhelpful enquiries. State the current age range for that branch and set a date to revisit it. Guardians can then ask a more relevant question.
- Review each branch separately
- Show the update date
- Explain what the contact button does
General educational guidance, not a child assessment, endorsement of a particular academy or promise of an outcome. Confirm current details directly with the relevant organisation and seek qualified help for health, legal or child-safety matters.
