How to claim and update your academy listing
Claiming a listing starts with confirming your authority, then reviewing public details.
Start with the right listing
Confirm name, branch and address before filing a claim. Use the official claim route and provide only what is needed to establish your authority. If a similar name belongs to another operator, report the confusion rather than editing someone else’s record.
Correct before promoting
Review ages, schedules, programmes, contact details and authorised images. Do not add an accreditation or partnership badge without current, verifiable evidence. Assign someone internally to revisit the listing when seasons, branches or policies change.
A practical example
If an old listing describes a closed branch, changing the phone number alone is not enough. Claim or correct the record for that branch and tell families only what is now available. Do not use a verification or accreditation badge until its checks are complete.
- Identify the correct branch
- Prove authority through the official route
- Review details regularly
