Academy responsibilities
Role-specific conditions for academy representatives, listings, coaching, data and independent services.
1. Authority and regulatory responsibility
Only an authorized representative may manage an academy. Maintain valid commercial registration and every sports, municipal or other licence required for your actual activities; comply with applicable Saudi requirements and disclose accurate legal and contact information. Upload requested documents through private platform tools, not public galleries.
A KoraHub360 review, publication or badge does not issue a licence, substitute for a regulator’s approval or transfer your operational duties. Do not represent your academy as owned, employed, accredited or insured by KoraHub360.
2. Independent services and clear consumer terms
You are responsible for contracts with families, truthful advertising, prices and applicable taxes, attendance and cancellation rules, refunds, training delivery and complaint handling. Provide these details before commitment or payment, honor mandatory remedies and do not use KoraHub360’s terms as a waiver of a family’s statutory rights.
KoraHub360 does not collect your training or trial payments. Future platform fees or commercial service levels require a separate finalized agreement and cannot be inferred from a listing or this draft.
3. Coaches, facilities and child safety
Select and supervise qualified staff; perform appropriate suitability checks; maintain safe facilities, equipment and supervision; follow safeguarding, emergency and reporting obligations; and arrange any insurance required for your activities. You remain responsible for your coaches, employees, contractors, transport and venues to the extent attributed to you by law.
Do not arrange private unsupervised contact with children, retaliate against safeguarding reports or use a guardian’s contract acceptance as a physical-injury release. Urgent harm must be reported to the relevant authorities, not only through platform support.
4. Records, permissions and data roles
Access only assigned and authorized records. Verify lawful guardian authority before creating or enrolling a child and obtain purpose-specific permissions for academy access, development, trial applications and public media where applicable. Respect refusals, revocation and access restrictions. Account, role or enrolment status alone is not permission for every use.
For processing purposes your academy determines, assess and fulfil your own controller obligations under the Saudi PDPL. KoraHub360’s data role depends on the actual purpose and instructions, not a blanket label. A data-processing agreement, processor terms and transfer safeguards must be finalized where required before relying on the platform for regulated processing.
Safeguard exports and communications outside the platform; limit staff access; train staff; notify the platform promptly about suspected compromise; and cooperate in lawful rights requests, deletion, incident response and regulatory reporting. Revoking platform access does not automatically recall copies already received elsewhere.
5. Content, human review and opportunities
Maintain truthful listings, age and eligibility criteria, dates, capacity and accreditation evidence. Do not promise selection, professional contracts or scholarships without substantiation. Review AI-assisted plans and assessments before approval or sharing; keep private notes and identity or commercial documents restricted.
Obtain rights for names, logos, photographs and videos before publication, including specific guardian permissions where required. Remove unauthorized or outdated content and do not disclose a child’s precise location, private contact details or sensitive circumstances publicly.
6. Proportionate third-party claim allocation
To the extent permitted by law and a valid agreement, an academy may be required to compensate the identified platform operator for reasonable, proven third-party losses caused by that academy’s unlawful content, lack of authority, infringement or material breach of its responsibilities. Any indemnity must be limited to the academy’s attributable conduct and established by a competent decision or an approved settlement.
There is no indemnity for KoraHub360’s own fault or a non-excludable duty, no automatic recovery of unproven costs, and no blanket indemnity imposed on children or ordinary consumers. Notice, cooperation, mitigation and consent before a settlement affecting another party are required where appropriate. Final business-to-business indemnities need counsel review and an identified contracting operator.
