Child safeguarding and reporting

Guardian authority, safe conduct, media permissions and urgent reporting.

1. Child interests and guardian authority

Children’s welfare takes priority over convenience, publicity or selection. Follow the Saudi Child Protection Law, Anti-Abuse Law and applicable rules. Use verified guardian-led enrolment and required consent; an academy invitation, checkbox, role choice or these terms do not by themselves activate enrolment or prove guardianship.

2. Safe academy conduct

Academies must provide appropriate supervision, qualified and suitable staff, safe venues and equipment, collection/transport arrangements, medical/emergency procedures and a responsible safeguarding contact. Do not tolerate corporal punishment, humiliation, bullying, exploitation, grooming or retaliation against reports.

Do not request secret communications with a child, arrange unsupervised meetings through the platform or pressure a family to waive safety rights. KoraHub360 does not supervise real-world training or provide emergency monitoring.

3. Public media and private records

Public child photos/videos require specific lawful permissions; enrolment or general terms acceptance is not photo consent. Do not reveal private contact details, medical information, precise child locations or identity documents. Keep private coaching notes, assessments and academy documents within their authorized audiences.

4. Reporting and emergencies

For immediate danger, contact the Saudi emergency services applicable to your location and the competent child-protection/abuse-reporting authority directly. Do not wait for platform support. This policy does not delay or replace any statutory reporting duty.

For platform content, access or conduct concerns, email info@korahub360.com with the relevant account/listing reference and a brief description. Do not circulate abuse imagery or unnecessary identifying details by ordinary email. A secure evidence route may be arranged. Platform support is not an emergency hotline, police service or guaranteed real-time safeguarding service.

5. Response, restrictions and rights

Credible concerns may lead to evidence preservation, restricted access, content removal, lawful disclosure to authorities and review of academy authorization. Investigations must respect confidentiality, fairness and applicable law. No investigation promise or platform disclaimer excuses the operator’s own mandatory duties or prevents a family contacting authorities.
